Not knowing anything about it, I looked it up and came across Crossfit732 which so happened to be literally 2 blocks from my home. Right away I got a great vibe from the trainer Jerry who took me under his wing and made me feel right at home and took no time in kicking my butt. It is such an uplifting atmosphere with staff and members that want to see you succeed and push through the workouts. It's not meant to be easy, if you want to work and change your life this place is the way to go. I have only been officially a member as of this week but I feel right at home and not nervous about what I am doing because I have a support system their to help me.”
