The two installers Jarrod E. and Shane G. came to my house in the middle of a snowstorm and braved the cold weather to properly install a new Heating/Cooling system and thermostat. Jarrod was very friendly and detailed-oriented taking the extra time to explain the job to me and what programs and capabilities i now have with my new system. Shane was very experienced and knowledgeable about what he was doing, taking the time to explain how I can properly take care of my new units to prolong their life and efficiency. Both were very professional and made the extra effort to get the job done exactly how I wanted. Neither of them used the cold weather to do a half-hearted job and went above and beyond in satisfying my services needs. Even my experience with the service agents was beyond helpful and informational before I even bought the product and services. I dealt with Matt H. and he spent multiple hours to sit down with me and explain exactly what’s wrong with my old unit, how I can improve the issues and product and services they offer to best fit my needs. So the next morning I went to big O tires checked out my concern and I was right right I not only needed a battery but I needed an alignment and Balance for my tires.. Unfortunately I had to wai had to wait 3 hours for it to be completed that's why I took a star away lol. But I got to wait in their huge waiting room with A TV thank you big O tires for taking care of me”

“I had 10 estimates for roofing and Asch came in with the best over all quality and fair price. They gave me information about roofing brands that other companies didn’t disclose along with their guarantee and time length of being in this business choosing them was a no brainer. They were punctual and professional. Both John and Jason would contact me and pick up their phone whenever I called with any concern or question. Jason was even talking to and working with my siding contractor to make sure the roof was left how they needed it so siding would be seamless. During the week they were installing weather was not cooperating. Rain & wind made the process take longer than expected and led into Easter weekend. They worked until nightfall the Saturday before Easter Then on Easter morning 2 of the crew members came back on their own accord to do another round of clean up to make sure there was nothing on the ground that could hurt our children’s feet for the Easter Egg Hunt. We were so impressed and appreciative of their attention to detail. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years and it’s because of this kind of customer service. Many of the boys are beginner sailors and have received excellent sailing and safe boat handling instruction from the Safe Harbor Academy staff and volunteers. The boys are alert to river traffic and understand the inland waterway navigation aides. They communicate effectively on course adjustments to operate safely on a busy commercial stretch of the St Johns River.
