“My son attended HAFHA from ages 3-6 and we would have stayed beyond that if we could! The staff is amazing, very easy to communicate with and all classes have certified teachers. There is a nurse and a playground on site. During camp, there is also a vegetable garden that the kids tend to. We would highly recommend HAFHA!”

“If you are looking for a holistic practitioner who will take on treating mind body and spirit Christina is your Dr. I had tight holding in my back- a constant ache that was affecting my day-to-day and sleep. My session with Dr. Christina started with a thorough evaluation- ranging from postural habits, sleep position, my gate, and emotional stressors that had come up recently. She also did some range of motion tests. The *adjustment* section of our session was unlike anything I had experienced with chiropractors in the past. I remember feeling that other practitioners would run through a one-size-fits-all string of cracks and pops that left me feeling jolted and sore. My time with Dr. Christina was different- she spent so much time massaging out tight muscles; leading me through breathing exercises to relax my body and mind enough to be ready for movement in my spine. The misalignments I had came from my patterns of tightness and I felt us working together to reset and bring me back to a baseline. (one of the best adjustments for me was my right wrist which I hadn’t even come for- but bothers me often. What a release!!!) After the biggest movement I had- my neck and upper back that had been locked in a vice- I felt a wave of relief. Dr. Christina gave me the time to incorporate and we talked about practices that would help me stay in alignment. It’s been a few days and the tightness and pain in my back is gone! I plan to continue to see Christina for tune- ups every few months and feel so grateful to have a practitioner I can turn to!!! Definitely recommend for chiropractic; and really for any of the modalities she practices :)”

“Found this place driving by while lost in the area. Found on google and took my fiance' for date night. My goodness, this is our new favorite restaurant! We love everything about this place. The music, the food, the inside, the outside & the staff. We went yesterday again for Father's Day and had a blast. We continue to recommend and share to family & friends. The most authentic food we have had since visiting Italy! We are hooked and can't wait to come back. “Dr Khan and the staff at In Motion are excellent! They worked with my daughter to alleviate her back pain and to strengthen her body to prevent future issues. They are very attentive, patient and caring. They take the time to customize and provide the help and care that is best for your body. Dr Khan always made sure that I understood how my daughter was progressing in her treatment. We never ever felt rushed. She also made sure that we had a detailed exercise regimen that could be done at home once physical therapy was finished. Jennifer at the front desk was awesome at explaining insurance coverage, making sure that insurance and doctors had the information they required in order to allow for uninterrupted care. “My daughter has been attending daycare at this location for one year now and it's a great experience. As a new mom I was terrified of sending my daughter to the wrong daycare but this location eased my anxiety. My daughter is developing well and has incredible social skills, which helps me out as a working mom. The teachers don't just babysit the kids, they read to the kids and follow a great curriculum so you know your kids are learning. The staff is friendly and they really care about the children. The daycare has a diverse number of children that attend and it's also represented in the staff/management team. It's worth every penny although childcare in general is expensive but not as outrageous in price as compared to some locations like Goddard Schools. Trust me, I found a true gem! I hope this helps parents out there looking for a great place to send their children. P.S. My daughter turns 1yrs old next week and she's been walking the last 3 weeks.
