Classes are fun and helpful for teaching kids discipline & determination for self protection, against bullies or others in time of nesssery safety, while receiving exercise and making friends!
(December 5, 2021, 4:26 pm)I was skeptical to join but got hooked instantly. Sensei V. Promotes a great training environment and helped me lose over 30lbs. In 9 months. All the members are super friendly and considerate. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻
