Salus: CrossFit, Nutrition, Barbell Club

Recently moved and had been looking for a new CrossFit gym to call home and after my first drop-in knew it was the right place for me. Everyone is super helpful, welcoming, knowledgable, and the programming is great. Whether you've been into CrossFit for a while or new to it I highly recommend checking out Salus.

Salus is for everyone! All the coaches are awesome. It’s like private sessions with a group of super supportive friends that want you to do your best. You can work as hard as you want but you can also modify and still get a great workout. The nutrition coaching has helped me form a healthy relationship with food.

I highly recommend anyone to come in if you’re looking for a gym. I joined a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. You will be surrounded by great members and have support from very knowledgeable, professional and passionate coaches. Owners Angela and Gino will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I just came off a very long period of working out a back issue and needed to find the right combination of resistance training, cardio and nutrition, to lose the weight that I put on the past two years. About a month ago I went to visit the owners of this CrossFit and it was a very lucky day for me. I urge everyone, men and women, who are looking for a professional and highly educated staff combined with great and helpful other members, to take advantage of a free session today. I cannot more highly recommend this business.
