“Great, safe, place to go walking/jogging by yourself or with your friends, family, or pets, during early morning hours, midday, or even after dark. The path is well lite all around the entire park, along with the gazebo. I've went walking several times at night and it's quiet beautiful, peaceful, safe and relaxing. I've never had any issue with feeling unsafe either. Definitely a place everyone should go check out.”

“The trails around Split Rock reservoir have observation points with pretty views of the lake. The trail is well marked , crosses interesting rock formations, a few streams, one has a rope installed the helps you cross a pretty deep stream. The path is rocky and includes up and down narrow passages, you will get a nice workout !”
