“What an awesome company. I went to another fitness store to purchase dumbbells and was told it would be a 6 week wait. I walked right into here and got a full set of rubber dumbbells immediately even some in 2.5 increments which are always hard to find. I accidentally grabbed an extra when loading my car so when I brought it back they gave me a pair of 7.5s for my transit trouble for my own mistake! I couldn’t have had a better experience buying from them today.”

“PHD Mechanical was outstanding! I've had plumbers here before, and can see the difference in professionalism immediately. The PHD team, Jake and Steve, arrived to our old 1849 house, on-time, and they were highly efficient in fixing my 2 faucets. They left no mess behind--they were very clean and considerate from the outset, with shoe coverings, etc. Most importantly though, they were smart--I don't like to hover, so they fixed the problems, and then afterwards, explained to me (a non-plumber) very clearly what they had fixed, so I understood thoroughly. That is the mark of a genius: you explain complicated subjects clearly to clueless people and they get it. I really appreciate learning about how house things work, especially as a new home owner. Thanks so much Jake and Steve, I recommend you wholeheartedly! I would definitely use them again; they are trustworthy and excellent.”

“In the fall of 2019 I was going to need portable storage units for home items before a move. I thought it would be no big deal to secure storage until I started calling around for prices and services. I called three of the most well known portable storage companies and was horrified to find bad rushed phone customer service with long wait times and or bait and switch pricing with all kinds of fees, which seemed to change every time I called. I didn't even call COWS because I had never heard of them. Having exhausted my list of places to call, I tried COWS. I wish they were the first place I checked! I called and got this really nice, friendly, laid back yet very professional young man on the phone by the name of Carmine (whom I worked with until the end of my storage needs in June of 2020) He told me exactly what services he could provide and EXACTLY what the charges would be for delivery, pick up and monthly rental, which were reasonable and competitive, if not better than the other places I called. The entire time I worked with COWS there were NEVER any billing surprises, they were flexible with their pick up and delivery availability and the items within the units (I rented two) were well protected from the elements. They are very easy to contact by phone or text, and get back to you very promptly if you have any concerns. They were even nice enough to work with me in terms of a payment plan when the crisis hit, greatly impacting my income. I cannot recommend COWS in Whippany highly enough for any portable storage needs.”

“My husband and I dropped in to get some information and ideas as we begin our Kitchen upgrade project.We met Nick, and reviewed our current layout, dimensions, and pics of our small circa 1955 kitchen. After a 15 min. exchange of wants and needs, Nick helped us realize we had many more great cost effective options then we realized. After a half hour with Nick, he created a computer image of how our kitchen could look using stock sized cabinets. Nick nailed the design, and then educated us on the project process. While Luxcraft focuses on cabinets and installation, he responded to our request for Sub contractor referrals for other material & labor needs to complete the project. The cooperation, professionalism, and creativity Nick provided was exceptional, and exceeded all expectations of our ‘Drop in/ just looking’ visit. We where expecting to ‘refresh’ rather then ‘replace’ our kitchen. Now with the wealth of information Nick supplied, we have an unexpected option to consider.
