I called them mid afternoon in a panic because my temporary cap had fallen off while eating and the dentist who had installed it just 3 days ago was not in the office for the next two days. The administrator, Val was so nice, efficient, and friendly on the phone. They got me into the office right away and fixed the cap. It was a much better experience then what I have had with my current dentist. Doctor Matarazzo was great, quick and had a calming effect on me. The assistant Michelle and Caitlin who brought me into the room were also wonderful and friendly as well. I actually am thinking about changing to Legacy Family Dental and maybe even take my 15 month old son there once I get through the next dental work at the current dental office I go to since I already paid for the work.
