“You don't often give someone a five star review for NOT delivering service, but that's what Tom gets. I burned some unseasoned wood and had a strong smoke smell lingering for a couple weeks; looked up past our fireplace damper and saw some crud, so I scheduled a cleaning. We had just purchased our home and I was worried that, even though there had been a recent cleaning, the other guys had done a bad job. Tom came out, took a look up the flue, and told me it looked great. To quote him: "We could charge you a hundred bucks to reach up here with a broom and vacuum up some dust. I'd love to sell you something, but you don't need a thing. Call us in the spring after the season and set up a cleaning then." My jaw basically hit the floor - what guy would take the time to make a house call, look at your situation, and say "it's ok, I can't honestly charge you for that." Most people would at least be mad that you wasted their time. Tom was honest and good natured and he's made me a customer for life by doing the right thing. All that, and his prices (at least for cleaning) are better than most competitors.”

“Great service !! My husband and I recently purchased a new home and it had well water. We debated back and forth sticking with well water or switching to city water (New Jersey American Water). We kept being told that city water was the way to go without really educating ourselves on well water. Thanks to NJAW bad customer service we researched more on well water and pros/cons what we needed etc. My husband found Aspen Water on home advisor and saw all the great reviews he spoke with Steve set up an appointment which then Steve came to the house and tested the water, saw the system that was currently in place, saw what my husband was looking to get and gave us his opinion. Within a week Steve said the entire new system would be in and installed. When Steve received the delivery from Brita he didn’t feel comfortable accepting it because something was rattling and the package had fallen in the trailer. Steve sent back that shipment and called Brita. He drove 2 HOURS to Pennsylvania to get the brand new parts so his guy could come to our home and install that day. I told him he could’ve explained the situation and we would have understood but he didn’t want to disappoint first time customers and went out of his way to go above and beyond for us. His worker Antonio installed the system where my husband had asked if we could (different location than the current system) with absolutely no problem, explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing. Steve also made sure he was there to oversee the job and even helped us resolve an issue we were having in our basement with his knowledge of homes and water and foundation. He let me know that once we are ready to move in to give him a call and he will come follow up but the system was up and running when they left. We are very happy with this top of the line Brita system we chose and even happier with the amazing service. These guys are very personable and knowledgeable. I’m glad we chose Aspen to service our home and look forward to working with them in the future!”
