“I was afraid of the dentist until I was recommended Sophisticated Smiles by a co-worker. First off, the waiting room is very cozy and is like a living room at a home. There is a TV that they let you watch whatever u want in the waiting room and in the examination rooms. They know that people typically don't like the dentist or are afraid of them and they do EVERYTHING they can to make you feel comfortable. They are very sympathetic to your fears and proud of you when you trust them enough to overcome your fears with them. They gave me a free crown because they were so proud of me conquering my fears. They also never make you feel guilty or like you aren't doing enough (even if you might be at fault for your dental issues). Rather,they kindly explain the issue, how to fix it, and they try to focus on the positive not the negative. All the staff there is VERY sweet and understanding. It's also really nice to be able to watch TV while getting a procedure done, as it distracts you from the procedure and puts you at ease. They also have very flexible hours, scheduling, and payment options.”

“The front desk staff was friendly and efficient both at check in and check out. Wait time was minimal. Waiting areas and treatment rooms are well appointed, clean and well lit. I recently had a new crown prepared and installed. Dr Vicky has a wonderful touch in administering novocaine--as close to painless as I've ever had! She also did a great job with the temporary crown; it was very comfortable. The molds for the permanent crown were done extremely well--it fit perfectly with virtually no adjustment required. I was very impressed with her work!”
