“The best thing about this gym is they offer fitness classes with a trainer. Her name is Jane. She is awesome, professional and genuine. She is very knowledgeable about fitness, diet and exercise. She has classes 5 days a week. During her classes she uses most of the equipment there to train you so you also get the understanding how to use all the equipment. The next best thing is, most of the employees are helpful and attentive. Annette always tries to help with what ever she is able to. However, in the back corner by the weight racks and by the rowers, and climbing machines it so hot. It is always hot and muggy over there. Ceiling fans are slow and do not help. What they need is a commercial oscillating fans mounted to the wall that are constantly oscillating. At one time the manager put a simple home fan there but another rep removed it. They either need another vent for air conditioning there or a commercial fan that no one touches and it constantly oscillates. I emailed the owner about this, but nothing has been done. I love this gym, can't they make a few improvements?”

“My now 6 year old has been going to Brazen for a little over a year now. He loves it and it’s by far the best activity he does. The coaches somehow manage to balance fun with instruction and find a level appropriate for each student. The ability to attend any 2 of the 4 weekly classes offered for his age group is extremely helpful in our busy lives. If your considering Martial Arts for your child I highly suggest you take them up on their offer of a few free classes like I did.”

“I started seeing Dr. Steven Bacall a little more than a year ago, after my first car accident. He was my last resort before I went for surgery. I had tried everything but nothing was helping me, no injections, no pain killer, no PT was able to alleviate the discomfort. Since my first appointment with Steve, I was also treated by Sara, the acupuncturist, attended a yoga class with Risa and I have become a regular at Kerri's Reiki Healing Circle, which meets once a months. I've also had my private Reiki sessions with Kerri. I really cannot put into words how amazing this group is! (but I will try). As I embark on a new path in my life's journey, I look back at the time I've spent at Springfield Holistic Wellness and I am filled with gratitude, for the selfless, constant, and unconditional care for both, my physical body as well as my spiritual/emotional body. This group really took care of me! I've received Chiropractic treatments, daily. I've received nutritional guidance, acupuncture treatments and Reiki Healing. I was completely immersed in selfless, constant, dedication to my overall well-being. “I found this jem while looking for nearby yoga studios on the web. They are tucked away from the busy highway and malls. Decided to try them out. It is very peaceful because they limit their classes to 6-8 students and it is a beautiful place. Would recommend their yoga classes to everyone.”

“This gym is conveniently located to my residence. For the equipment I need, they are in good shape. The sauna is a plus, would be better if cleaned more often. There's a few things to improve on: 1. Need to enforce the "Wipe off your sweat" rule. I have never, ever seen anyone wipe after themselves after using a piece of equipment. I'm always doing double the work - wipe before and after. 2. The lighting is a little too dim. 3. There's a theater, but a lot of machines inside are not working and nobody goes in there. I feel this room could have been utilized better.”
