“First things first VERY clean. I chose to keep my mask on and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it and also respect my privacy. I absolutely loved the class. Im very out of shape, inflexible with low mobility and overweight. This class is doable and there are modifications. I never once felt judging or like I was too out of shape. The instructor gives clear expectations as well as instructions in the beginning of the trial class I took. It was challenging and can be modified based on each individual. They focus on mind body connection for effective workouts which is a huge plus and i certainly could tell the difference. I wish it was something I could commit to right now, I highly recommend it.”

“I’ve know Alex for 5 years and his philosophy and knowledge on training and the human anatomy is beyond amazing. Working out with Alex not only have I gained incredible strength, lost a ton of weight but also when I got hurt outside of the gym he was able to fix me up and get me back on my feet in no time. He keeps amazing notes on each workout to track my progress and he has state of the art equipment and gadgets to help also keep track of my progress. He’s also very knowledgeable in meal planning. At first I was having a hard time loosing weight until Alex developed a customized meal plan and within 4 months I lost 30 lbs and was honestly at my best in all numbers.
