I do always find Crestron service very expensive at it's a bit of a captive market and the skills are unique, but for better I worse I have Crestron at my house. They came out today on a service call, charged $140 an hour to troubleshoot and repair the problem. Price wasn't free, but quality of service was excellent and they were very fast. Experience matters - if you have Crestron, these guys are probably the right choice.”
