“Came here to try and resolve an issue with my Frieghtliner Cascadia. I was passing through jersey I looked on Google and went with the best reviews .. was not disappointed before going there I called and spoke with the young lady at the front office (She was amazing giving me feed back on what the issue could be .. you know 99% of the time you call a truck stop and it’s a female she will just direct you to a tech asked them a question and they don’t know anything ..ijs). I swung by the shop with my trailer which was big for me because you have dealers that won’t let you come with trailer love that convenience. I explained the issue and love how they diagnosed several areas and found two potential problems replaced them and it definitely made a huge difference. I will definitely bring my truck here moving forward if I’m in the area or neighboring states. The CEO (the gentleman in the other office ) forgive me I’m bad remembering names was incredibly cool (talk about hospitality) hands down the entire crew made me feel like family. An experience at a shop that I have never seen or experienced until I came to Jersey Truck Repair”

“Superb in Design & Execution Contracted Bellari Home Remodeling to remodel the "kids' bathroom." Two challenges: small space & boys/girls using facility. The original bathroom had the sink area separated from toilet/bath with a door. This enabled my daughter to shower, while the boys washed up. We decided to keep this setup to preserve the usefulness of the bathroom, however, it still felt too small. Our designer came up with the idea to raise the ceiling (made a tray ceiling) and create a 3/4 wall between each section instead of walling it up completely. This allowed light to pass to both sides and gave it a great feeling of openness. I would say that that idea alone was worth using this company, however, the installation and materials superseded that idea. We used neutral colors, chrome, wood-looking tile, and even driftwood. This bathroom is so beautiful; I wish I had done it this way for my master bath. Thank you!!”

“My children, who live in Canada, ordered a plant (through Teleflora who, I believe, charges quite a bit for this service and farms the orders out to the local florists) for my birthday and Mother’s Day, which are a week apart. Doug did not have the requested plant but he did send an absolutely beautiful bouquet of blue Hydrangeas and White Roses. When I thanked my children they said “bouquet? We wanted a plant.” I phoned Doug to ask what had happened and he explained that he’d had to do a substitution. He then said to call in a week and he should have some plants in (Mother’s Day emptied out the inventory of any florist who was open). I wasn’t angry that he’d had to substitute and had already decided I wouldn’t call back as he had provided a beautiful bouquet, for which he had been compensated. I felt that also supplying a plant would mean he was getting a loss on my children’s order. To my surprise, he showed up two days later with a beautiful hydrangea, which I have since planted in my garden. Doug went above and beyond what he needed to do! I was so impressed! I got to meet Paul that day and not sure if he was the owner or not but he was knowledgeable and not at all clingy. He let me do my thing and that is an understated quality with music shops. “I was really amazed at how efficient and coordinated the service department at Irwin Lincoln was during my recent pick up and delivery service. This was the first maintenance for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. In the past I was able to bring my car for service and wait for it to be ready. I was unable to bring the car for service due to a recent illness and decided to use the pick up service. My Service Manager, Brian, texted or called at each step. My Valet, Mike, was prompt, cordial and knowledgeable. I recommend Irwin Lincoln Service for all car maintenance and repair work.”
