“Pretty good state. I've lived here for fourteen years. Pretty high taxes where we live, but the education is good. Close to New York City. Gas prices aren't horrible. “Got my new iPhone today and the process was nothing that I expected. I thought I’d be there for hours!! I was greeted right away by Nate and within minutes I had my new phone. He answered any questions I had. He was very patient and helped the initial process of transferring my info from my old phone. (No trade in) When I went to the “get-to-know-your-phone” table, the girl there, maybe Katlyn, was not as patient. She spoke very fast as though we should know what we are doing. If not for that, I would’ve given 5 stars.”
