When I arrived, they quickly saw to me and directed me to pull into the estimate garage. The estimate was done and reviewed with me. Maybe 10-15m altogether. Overall I was in and out much faster than I was expecting which was pleasant. Great CX. All staff were wearing masks. Nice location. “As soon as I drove up the young sales guy connected to the dealership from the shop came out and asked if I wanted water. I didn’t know where to park. I was in the wrong side of the dealership/shop 😬 He guided me to the correct parking area and before I even left he had came running back out the door with waters for myself and my toddler and a basket of snacks to choose from. Once I finally made it around to the shop, the mechanics at the front desk. One seemed like a huge intimidating guy who turned out to be sweet guy and the other young guy there was extremely intelligent. Surprisingly intelligent by what his age appeared to be. My daughter and I walked around and admired all of the vintage arcades and classic car displayed inside. My toddler even pretended to play on them. We also waited outside on a bench and inside in the nice sanitized seating area with more snacks for my toddler. I have never seen such a nice lounge area in a dealership before. The mechanics gave us a military discount and the handsome man that came out of his office in the dealership had an amazing smile. I would recommend this automotive place to any ladies who need help with their vehicle or looking to buy a new vehicle!”

“Flying with Rainbow Ryders was a magical and unforgettable experience. The staff was helpful and kind. We were promptly checked in, safely transported to the take off site, and flown by a very experienced pilot. The basket we traveled in accommodated a total of 12 people, despite this sounding like a lot, my husband and I traveled comfortably. The mountains and the river were amazing sights to behold because of the rising sun. The flight was smooth and beautiful, it lasted about 1 hour. Once on the ground our group toasted to champagne and orange juice, then we received our flight certificates and headed back to the office. Overall, Rainbow Ryders exceeded our expectations and provided us with amazing memories of New Mexico.”

“When it comes to the big chains, it's the people that set them apart. Our hotel was clean, well tended, and dealt with the COVID restrictions beautifully and respectfully. But what is special here is the people at the front desk- Paul and the day attendant I spoke to several times (I believe he is the manager, I feel bad for not getting his name) were unfailingly helpful, kind, empathetic, and professional. This is particularly important because we didn't initially actually book with this hotel- we had made a reservation with another hotel that was abruptly cancelled outside of our control. We were exhausted, scared, and stranded and then Paul set us up quickly with a room, made sure we were comfortable, and in all ways made our night easier and better. Every interaction I had with the front desk staff was really pleasant, which is a HUGE deal for me as I have a disability that isn't always easy to see, so travel is incredibly stressful. It's great distance to Balloon Fiesta park, and considering the "quality" of the other hotels (even just within a half mile from this one) you're MUCH better off staying here. Solid value for the price, and peace of mind that you'll get your room quickly with a smile”
