The gentleman (Nathan I believe) was super nice and placed me on hold to verify they had the trailer. They had it and so headed to pick it up. There was an issue with paperwork so I returned the following day to take the trailer home. The General Manager, Patricia, and Nathan were all more than polite, professional, and courteous. No matter what option you pick the automated line will just hang up after telling you to go to website. How lazy we all have become Other then that, they always do great work. Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away. Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.”
