The manager Jamie called me the next morning exactly as they said would happen! Took care of everything over the phone and through emails. Super easy. She was never in the office, would never return my calls, when we did speak she made it clear that my business was not important to her, she was rude and just not pleasant to talk with. I was finally connected with a gentleman named Jeff when I walked into the office because I was frustrated waiting on that horrendous lady. Jeff was a delight to work with! He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions and we were happy to buy from him. We will recommend Maloy but only if they ask for Jeff! Stay clear of Joanne. I ended up getting the sopapilla half ground beef and half chicken and I finished the entire thing. They charge for chips and salsa and additional sauces are extra as well. There are multiple locations so I would definitely recommend trying one near you.”

“Sam and Anthony (ABQ moving crew) were awesome! They were on-time and went above and beyond and offered to move more of my stuff than I was quoted for! They also wrapped my stuff, were safe and efficient during the entirety of the move. I had two stops before my drop off. The office staff, including the receptionists, was great, too. Aside from my storage unit, I have rented a truck twice with no issues. I get what others have said about no one in the office; i just figure they are busy. It is a busy location. 5 stars for in person and over the phone help.”
