“I received an exam and purchased glasses at this location in 2015. The doctor and sales associates were very helpful, in particular Patrick who helped me obtain the correct forms from my company for prescription safety glasses. I have since moved across the country, and called today for some information. Unfortunately I was rude and belligerent and downright unreasonable. Despite this, Patrick remained professional and courteous when really he should have just hung up on me. I did apologize to him over the phone, but of course that does not make up for my behavior. I really appreciate Patrick's customer service skills and do recommend this vision center.”

“Dr. Trees is a true professional. She sent me to ENT for further evaluation (may not be necessary for everyone) to rule out any other problems prior to just giving me hearing aids. After my ENT clearance Dr. Trees set me up with hearing aids that have been the best thing to reconnect me with being able to hear well again. She was extremely caring & very thorough, answering all my questions. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Trees if you need an audiologist.”
