“Fantastic Doctor! After going to both WellNow and Brooks Memorial Hospital, my painful and red eye was still bothering me. When I went to Dr. Ihrig it took his less than five minutes to correctly diagnose what was going on. Not only did the hospital misdiagnose me, but they prescribed me eye drops that were making my eye even worse! After merely a day on these new drops that Dr. Ihrig prescribed me, I am already feeling much better. I’m so glad that I went to visit him and will definitely recommend him to anyone who may need an optometrist!”

Additionally Dr DiPalma is truly invested in his patients outside of their dental concerns- whether offering a philosophical perspective, practical life advice or sharing his personal ideologies. Although being in “the chair” can be nerve wracking, Dr DiPalma takes his time to care for the patients’ concerns in front of him. “Went to look at a truck full expecting to not be able to make a deal happen. I was pleasantly surprised when we worked something out. The whole process was very quick and painless. The used car sales guys were great and polite. Only reason for not 5 stars is the vehicle I purchased wasn’t ready to be taken that day as the title had not been received before the truck was sold so I had to wait the weekend. Good experience, I can see myself working with Basil in the future.”
