“Front desk staff was a bit not really nice - not offensively mean but not friendly either. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”

“I came in with my eleven year old for her first eye exam. Everyone was so kind. The exam went wonderful. She is a nervous child and Dr. Lutchman made the entire process easy for her and diagnosed her appropriately right away. When we came out to find the right frames for her type of prescription Chris was patient and took a ton of time helping my girl find the perfect pairs. And lucky us, they had her lenses and frames in store, so we left with glasses in hand after twenty minutes! I highly recommend!”

I went in to get a pair of beginner skates for my daughter and the guy who helped me could not have been more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for more stuff. Plus I got a pair of beginner skates in great shape for less than 1/2 of what they’re new. Highly recommended!”

“Amelia was absolutely fantastic! She was prepared with the gowns I wanted to try on, she answered ALL of my questions with the utmost patience, and she took her time. Anything I asked for she was willing to accommodate, no rush. And she kept a straight face as me and my mother argued lol Amelia is incredibly professional and explained everything down to the detail. I sincerely enjoyed working with her and if I get divorced and married a third time, I'll be asking for her personally.”
