Amazing massage chairs in the waiting area and the P/T area. Bathrooms have feminine needs, who does this!? Novelli does. They want you to feel comfortable and really care about you as an individual not as just another patient. Great place.”

“My 8yr old has allergies and asthma. When it's allergy season (like today with the highest pollen count Buffalo ever had) it triggers his asthma. His nebulizer treatments, rescue inhaler, and steroids don't help so he needs more. This place has always been there and helped him so much. The staff is incredible and it's super fast compared to an actual ER. I've been bringing all of my kids here for about 5 to 6 yrs. I LOVE them.”

“Wow what a difference between this tops and the tops in east Aurora. I live 5 minutes from the east Aurora store but will drive out of my way to go to this one. The place is actually stocked and the workers actually work! My cashier riker and his helper Marcus I believe it was on lane 3 were wonderful, worked fast and efficient with excellent customer service. The manager at east Aurora should take tips from the orchard park manager.”
