Here 95% of the items is behind a glass case. The store is super clean, and nothing fancy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend what items to purchase, to help with pain management and sleep. Some things are not cheap, but other things are cheaper than the other shops.”

Before I went I was told the office staff was not very nice. They were so wrong. They are absolutely positively professional friendly people. “Chad is an amazing dental hygienist. He is the reason I go to the Delaware location. A couple suggestions: Your customers should be able to contact the office. They are working with directly your call center has no idea what's going on on the floor or in the dental office. They are so far removed from service. This would be the reason why I would go to another dentist. In addition, if you keep taking on new patients, you should hire more dentists and dental hygienists. If you keep advertising for more patience, but you can't serve them what is the sense of wasting your money on advertising? Thank you”
