“dude, honestly, as far as completely free healthcare goes this was one of the most efficient and professional testing experiences i’ve had in my life. Even better than a lot of citymds and urgent care facilities. If you’re looking to get testing done though do try to get there closer to the time they open up. On days when very few people come in the one test technician will head home early around 7pm, even when the site says they’re open until 7:30pm.”

We had a few insurance/billing kinks mostly due to the fact they just opened this new location (running a business in NYC is not for the faint of heart) But the team is going beyond expectations to make sure their patients are happy.
