These guys are awesome! They helped me find a cervical traction device for my mother who was injured in a car accident. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. The staff here is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased and rented a number of things here. They have a good selection of lift chairs and hospital beds for sale and the staff is always good about providing you helpful information about the products and advice, but isn't pushy. I've been to a few other medical supply stores and always felt the staff at those other places are really pushy and try to force you to decide right away. I find that really annoying because t seems like those places prey on older people. The staff at Alba is helpful but in my experience never uses those high-pressure sales tactics.
