I had the best experience with Alba Medical Supply! I ordered a nebulizer machine on Monday. Shortly after I placed the order, the manager sent me a personal email to let me know that the unit I ordered had been discontinued. He offered to send me a similar unit, and it happened to be less expensive than the one that I ordered.. I approved the replacement via email right away. The unit I ordered arrived yesterday, and is exactly what I needed. The level of customer service and prompt shipping impressed me.

I came over from New Jersey to help my elderly get her home ready for her convalescence from hip surgery. The people who helped me select the Rollator walker, bedside commode and other equipment my Aunt needed were not just interested in selling me their product. The manager was wonderful. She helped me navigate insurance and prescriptions. We all know this is't easy. She was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I shopped for my Dad here 3 years ago, and they were wonderful then too. This time they helped me with a Rollator walker for my husband after back surgery.
