There's the actual physical techniques that are used on your tissue, but what is added is explanation and understanding of how your body and nervous system work, which can be invaluably applied to your lifestyle. Don't get me wrong - you don't get to lay back and watch your body heal (well, actually, the sessions certainly seem that way) - you'll have to do your homework in the form of the carefully curated mobility regimen they set up for you. But if you do the work and apply the knowledge, you'll get the same fantastic results I did.
