Once we started, we went easy and he allowed me to get a feel for the jet ski. After a few minutes, he came back, gave us some feed back. Super helpful!! By the end, we were flying , so awesome!! Highly recommend.”

“The infamous M272 balance shaft issue is finally fixed! I’ve searched all over the web for the “Dealer Alternatives” that have experience in fixing the issue and Kraft German Auto was the only shop available in the NYC area. Without knowing anything about them, I decided to visit the shop to ensure it is the right place for fixing my car. I met Steve there and we had a good discussion on the procedure of the balance shaft repair. He was very knowledgeable about the repair and he even showed me one of the pulled engines that his technician was working on. After the visit and conversation with Steve I was convinced that I’ve found the right place to fix my car.
