I was nervous after being colossally screwed over by another local mechanic, and insisted on doing my own work which has been a challenge. After finally giving this place a try, I’m very relieved to finding someone local who I can trust and feel comfortable returning to. They don’t seem to struggle when it comes to keeping customers, as the place is usually packed. Unlike many other repair centers, they also don’t feel the need to charge you for unnecessary things, and they don’t lie. No matter how busy they are, Nick still finds the time to speak one and one and carefully listen to what problems your car’s having and what you need. It’s also easy to see that they make their best effort to keep their word on how long things will take, even when things aren’t going as planned. They’re skilled, communicative, and treat their customers very well.”

“Called for service as I suspected a propane gas leak in my basement.. John, one of the partners, came down within an hour or so with his crew and quickly diagnosed the problem that was not in the house but a leak in the outdoor ground pipes. They assured me they would correct and complete the project and I would be safe even if they had to stay all night. They stayed until they could assure me I was ok and would come back the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. The next day a new crew came and was totally aware of what transpired the night before and what they had to do to complete the job. The best way to judge a company is when you have an emergency and really need them. I have the highest regard for the competency of this company and especially the two crews that came to our rescue. Each and everyone did there job and all were congenial and polite. I have not received my bill yet and hoping I will not faint or go into heart failure as I felt when I discovered this problem,. They had to break some underground sprinklers but hopefully they will repair them for us in the spring. I recommend this company for a small job or something very serious such as what I had. I will surely use them again unless I've fainted! Good luck.”
