    It's a breath of fresh air with this new management team! As soon as you greeted by the valet and walk thru the doors you feel a new positive energy.
    Greeted with a smile. The service was excellent and I was constantly informed of my vehicle's progress. The have clean and comfortable customer lounge with great amenities. I certainly highly recommend South Shore Hyundai!

    I originally went to South Shore Hyundai in regard to a letter about a software update on my leased 2019 Sonata SE. I first checked driving distance to my home, and then read the service reviews on-line. The reviews seemed favorable and so I chose South Shore Hyundai based on those two elements. Good Call on my part!
    Starting with making a telephoned swift and easy 8:30am appointment date, I arrived to be efficiently and pleasantly registered and shown to a clean and well-stocked waiting room. A short while after read the available daily paper while enjoying my mocha coffee and bagel I was notified my car was ready.
    Hopefully, during the duration of my 3-year lease I won't need any repair, etc. done, but if so, I believe I will trust that the work to be done will be exemplary.

    Great experience with the staff, very informative. The staff was very professional and polite. Even introduced me to my future service staff. Excellent service from start to finish. My sales person offered me water and made sure I was always taken care of. 5 star service from a 5 star dealership.

    I just leased a new Tucson and wanted to share my experience. The South Shore team is fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. I was unsure what vehicle to purchase and they took the time to walk me through all the options and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. I got a great deal and called the next day with questions on how to use the car play. Niki called me back right away and spent 30 minutes on the phone walking me through the setup. She followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. I'm very impressed with the service.
