I definitely chose the wrong time to come and should have paid attention to the busy times on Google but I just was too anxious and needed to get my bike on the road! Overall though its a lot more efficient then it used to be. I like the fact that someone checks to make sure your going to the right place and that person ALWAYS is nice and helps as much as they can. The women there today at the ticket thing was awesome.
