Had to pick up a second key and he brought it back to queens instead of me driving out to Long Island again. Bought an m4 for a very good price even with the fees. Their prices are low to begin with, so even with 1-2k in fees, the price you pay isn’t that bad. As long as you do some homework, you’ll be fine here.”

“This dealership really deserves 10 stars. They’ve seriously been great from the start to finish of my used car buying experience. I had been looking for a used 2015 Toyota Highlander from Aug 2018 until late-Oct 2018. I knew what I wanted and knew my budget. Rockville GMC didn’t play games with added dealership fee’s like the four other dealerships i had been to did. The salesman That helped me was Mike Smith. He was great through out the whole process. He and Tommy (sales manager) made sure that any issues it had they planned to resolve (they had just gotten it in a few days prior) before delivery of the vehicle. Four new tires and a trip to the mechanic to fix a sensor I was able to drive away. The Check engine Light did come on again so I called the dealership and Tommy told me to take it to and Toyota shop near me (I’m in the Bronx) and they would make sure to take care of the bill if it needed anything. The staff at Rockville GMC are excellent examples of how dealerships should work. I couldn’t be happier with this experience!”
