Possibly an unpopular opinion but, I’d wait on the line for two boxes of DKAs before I wait again for 2 cronuts. The cronuts are without question delectable but the DKAs have me willing to become a type II diabetic. Cookie shots are great for kids and adults. Smores had a fun take on a classic. Pistachio raspberry tart was perfection; light yet sweet and tart with a smooth cold nutty finish. Passionfruit tart was so fresh and not over sweetened. Bao bun, really just enjoyed the strawberry filling.
This place was recommended by my coworker and this place is really deserved 5 star!
Their cronuts are expensive but recommend to try.
Cheesecake was really nice and not sweet at all.
Personal are so mindful and helpful!
Here I attached some menu photos
A lover of pastry dessert, yes I am!
While visiting NYC off course I had to come to Dominique Ansel Bakery especially to try their famous Cronut. All of his desserts are made which such a detail not only in flavors but also how it is presented to you. How you will read the description it’s what it is portrayed to being served. Be aware this place gets super packed even before it is opened. People make lines at any season to buy his desserts; I know because I made a 20 minute line and it is because I went before they even opened but every single bite was so worth it! Oh yes my friend and I were sitting at their patio area at 8 am devouring many many desserts.
There’s also a workshop store which I still need to visit on my next trip!
Highly recommended!
Dominique Ansel Bakery is known for being the creator of the cronuts and they do not disappoint! Every month is a new flavor, which is definitely worth trying. It can get very busy at times, but the line moves pretty quickly. I would recommend getting seated if you have time, there’s a beautiful back area with lots of seating; great ambience and decorations, you may find yourself in the company of birds!
