“Best meatballs we've ever had. The owner is very personable and friendly. This was an amazing dinner before a Broadway show”

“The food and service were ahead of my expectations. I really liked the environment of this place. First-rate place to take the family out for dinner.”

“Soup dumplings were very good. Service was fast and accommodating. Spaced out so feels Covid safe. Everyone enjoyed their meals and everything tasted good. Portions are big so you can share here. I would definitely come back or get this food to go as well. There is indoor dining at this place right now.”

“Quickly becoming a favorite. Second time here in three days. Really enjoyed the chicken soup dumplings and Peking duck. The portions are large and over ordered both times so wasn't able to finish. For context on price and portion, there were six in our party and we couldn't finish all the food for a bill less than $150.”

“food is good, and you get a big platter for a very good price. This place is super crowded between 12-1, I waited for 20 min to get a table and another 20 to get my food.”

“SUPERB FOOD & SERVICE. This restaurant was a recommendation and it was delicious. Everything in the menu looks and was fantastic in flavor, portion and balance. The wine list is amazing and service is one of the best in NYC. The entrance bar is small but has great cocktails too.”

“This is a no-nonsense restaurant that is probably best known for their "soup dumplings"... the soup is actually inside the dumpling instead of the other way around. This is quite a tasty dish, but for me, the novelty has run its course. It's a good menu item and quite different but their Shanghai wonton soup is actually better. It is also a specialty of the house; it's authentic and delicious. Their pork, beef, and chicken entrees are always consistent, hot, and hit the spot. Their spicy dishes are indeed spicy but they'll gladly alter the level of heat up or down a bit if you prefer. My favorite dish though, is the Jumbo Shrimps and Scallops with Spicy Garlic Sauce. The shrimp and scallops are truly jumbo and the seafood is cooked to perfection. The service is fast and dependable and you should definitely stop in if you're craving Chinese food near Midtown Manhattan. By the way, they don't serve alcohol.”
