“The wait time in the room for the doctor is horrible. I have been going there for both my sons since birth so going on 3 years. Other then the wait time I would definitely recommend, all of the nurses and doctors are extremely friendly, there one nurse there that is my oldest child's favorite, even if she isn't my son's nurse she comes to our room just to make him laugh and play peek a boo with him, I'm not sure of her name but she's the most out going nurse there, Dr.Victoria and Dr.Joe are awesome very knowledgeable, they have after hours you can also call if the office is closed, someone always answers and the doctor always calls you right away regardless of what time or day it is.”

“Where do I begin? This hotel is in my hometown so I've stayed there many times. I'd love to give the 5 stars from previous stays because the food was amazing, the hotel is very clean, and the room and view of the river is amazing! But our last stay I'd give the customer service for this place a 2 star! I forgot to give my AAA number and they wouldn't allow me to do this after it was booked. Our friends got the same exact room for $35 cheaper. The second bad customer service was from the call to the manager asking to provide this number. Just straight out rudely said no. The third was check in. Very rude and wouldn't give us the room we wanted from your pictures of the river view room. False advertisement if you ask me! Said special accommodations were already made for all the others....most likely a lie. Last but not least the new pay to park! Absolutely ridiculous! You want people to come to your hotel but you charge to park? That's one thing that turns me away from staying there.”

“Rooms were clean, staff was nice, especially Troy. They have a small indoor pool in a heated room. It is perfect for small kids. Breakfast was hot and delicious but there wasn't much variety as other Holiday Inn Express. The hallways were freezing cold, so be prepared getting out the pool. Troy was extremely helpful and sweet. “The hotel is really nice. Robert and his staff are all nice and easy to talk to. Breakfast was nice as well. It is only 15 minutes drive from falls and did not cost as much as some of the other hotels next door. Also the location is close to lot of eating places and grocery places. It was quiet at night and was easy place to sleep at night. If you stay there ask Robert for recommendations and he will have few good ones. There was nothing negative I can think of, overall it delivered what was expected. Nothing out of the world but what to expect from a hotel stay.”
