“Absolutely adore this studio. The heat is a dry heat, the space is very crisp and has a fantastic energy. Meghan and Jason have brought a great energy to Highland Falls that was badly needed! I love the cool lavender scented towels at the end of the hot classes. Delia's classes are always energetic and get you going early in the morning. Matt's are a great way to start the day. Jessica's restoratives are deeply refreshing. They have mats available to rent and a wide variety of classes and times. Best, if you don't see something you want, email the owners and let them know!”

“Small convenient store that’s open later than most places in the area. I went frequently while I stayed in the Highlands area. Never had to go anywhere else for basic groceries. They have a deli, hot food, dairy isle, snacks, drinks, house hold and personal hygiene isle and much more. The best part is that they deliver, just in case you don’t feel like going out in the 10 degree weather.”
