“I don't know what company everyone else is talking about, but I have had great service from MdINR. I had a meter for quite awhile and it finally "gave up the ghost". They sent me another one almost immediately. When that meter was recalled, I got another very quickly. I guess I have to admit that the automated phone system was, for awhile, questionable, but they have remedied that with a much faster and more efficient system. They do a great job of reporting my results to my doctor; and if I am late reporting in, they call within a day to find out why. Now, they have launched an app for my cell phone to report online (I am just now trying to get set up on it). Supplies are sent very efficiently and at the right time. I do have a question, though -- AM I ON THE WRONG COMPANY WEBSITE THAT ALL I SEE IS POOR REVIEWS??? I hope not!”

“We had to visit Emergency One when my 7-year-old son fell on the playground and broke his arm while we were vacationing in nearby Cornwall. We were so nervous to visit an urgent care so far from home, but we were immediately comforted by the friendliest staff who showed so much compassion and care for our son. The docs spent a great deal of time with him and even sent the x-rays to specialists to ensure that they gave us the most accurate diagnosis possible, since we were scheduled to fly back to AZ the following morning. They got us in quickly, kept us updated on the status of his x-rays the whole time, and made sure he was comfortable along the way. I am SO grateful for the knowledgable and kind staff that made this unfortunate circumstance as positive as it could be.”
