“Frank is the best piano teacher I've ever had in my life. I've only been going to frank for about the past 5 months now and my results are tremendous. And now after learning the basics and all the scales I'm now finally playing all my favorite songs!!! Obviously I have a long way to go but I am blown away at my progression. He really is a damn good teacher and he's extremely encouraging and very patient. But more than that he is very knowledgable. I remember when I first came to him i was really discouraged (and mildly pissed off) about not even being able to fully read the sheet notes for the left hand and I remember he said "Hey Chris don't worry! Listen, I been doing this for a looooong time and I never failed a student yet and I won't fail you." Sounds simple enough but the sincerely behind it was truly moving. Anyway, I've been a student now for almost half a year and he's terrific Highly recommend Frank. Truly a fantastic teacher. If you want to learn piano or accordion from a master teacher look no further than Frank Toscano.”

“My fiancee and I recently visited this location desperately in need of a new mattress. She has pretty severe scoliosis and has been waking up in pain for a long time now. When we came in, only about 30 minutes before closing, we were enthusiastically greeted by Joe who proceeded to show, explain, and let us experience every mattress that he thought would be best for her condition. Never in our lives have we met a more knowledgeable, honest, and friendly salesperson. It sounds extreme, but as excited as we were about the purchase we ended up making (which Joe got us an A-MAAAAZING deal on!) we were equally blown-away by Joe's personality and expertise. The mattress was delivered the next day in great condition and my fiancee has already noticed a huge difference. She's woken up well-rested and with a huge smile on her face ever since that first night. This is such a big deal and will hopefully vastly improve her quality of life day to day. We cannot thank Joe enough for his sincere no-pressure approach in helping us find just the right mattress for us. Mattress Firm should be very very proud of their employee who, IMHO, should travel the country teaching seminars on proper salesmanship.
