“I stopped by to check out their world renowned basses, they very kindly offered me some water and the opportunity to play all the basses I wanted for as long as I wanted to. The front desk guy, Peter, was incredibly helpful and led me on a tour around the place. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, I've never seen so many smiles from people as I disturbed their work. Really great guitars and even better people.”

“The last time I was at Rooms To Go a Sales person asked me if I needed help but showed me the opposite of what I asked for etc. I left the store. First impression always guide me. Some Sales employees judge people/Customers as they enter the store, it's very noticeable and happens all the time. I decided a year later to go back 8/8/21 only because my Son purchased furniture from there 5 months ago. He had a good experience although judging was still there but he didn't entertain it. I know that happens at other businesses. **** I met Sales person name Mike he came with a genuine interest to assist me. He showed me what I was interested in and also showed me other options. Mike is a breath of fresh air. I also work with Ana in the bedroom area it was a pleasure. They are both good listener, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased my furniture. Thank you both for a pleasant experience. 😊”
