Once I forgot to visit her after taking blood test and just went out for vacation, and then, she just called me in person to tell me that I need to reduce the dose of my medicine. Additionally, she also help patients to save some unnecessary money cost. My company buy me Cigna insurance , and I have to pay $50 as a copay. So sometime she just tells me that I do not need to come next time, I can just call her after taking next blood test, and she will tell me how to adjust my prescription in phone without coming to visit her, so that I can save that $50.
