“I took on the responsibility of providing home care for my grandmother, and throughout the process freedom care was the easiest part. The agency stayed consistent with my family and I through the transition of agencies, and made it very clear what documentation was needed from both me and the patient. After receiving all documentation the process was smooth, they sent representatives out in a timely manner, and was very attentive to both my needs and my patients needs. Only thing I wish is that someway somehow they had home aids that they could use for subs if necessary..but hopefully in the near future. I'd highly recommend this agency.”
