“We stayed here while in transit from London to Charlotte. The Shuttle bus was waiting at Federal Circle station (Air Train) and the bus driver couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We were welcomed by 2 employees, and Sabrina (one of the Desk Agents) made sure everything was shipshape including checking on us once we got to our room. Hotel Lobby is clean and nice, very nice dining area, rooms are very comfortable with memory foam beds, and a/c that works perfectly. Sheets were super nice —- an unexpected amenity. Kudos to all...”
