  The Hotel is obviously located perfectly for airport use. But their hospitality is above the exceptional! And although their menu in the restaurant is limited, everything is delicious!

  We stayed here while in transit from London to Charlotte. The Shuttle bus was waiting at Federal Circle station (Air Train) and the bus driver couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We were welcomed by 2 employees, and Sabrina (one of the Desk Agents) made sure everything was shipshape including checking on us once we got to our room. Hotel Lobby is clean and nice, very nice dining area, rooms are very comfortable with memory foam beds, and a/c that works perfectly. Sheets were super nice —- an unexpected amenity. Kudos to all...

  My trip to NYC was cut short and I needed to find a hotel near JFK for my flight the next day. It was the middle of the night and I was not having much luck till I called the Hilton Garden Inn. I made it in at 2:30 am and the night manager was beyond accommodating and polite. He made a stressful situation more tolerable. With a late check-out time I was able to get some rest before my flight the next day. I even forgot a phone charger and they provided me with one as a loaner. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes which was great. My only complaint is that my breakfast was not included and would have been $20 to eat there. Overall this is a great place to stay if trying to stay close to JFK.

  We missed our flight due to Florence and Delta booked us in this hotel. The staff were very kind, giving us toothbrushes, toothpaste and a comb. We didn't expect to miss our connection with a 3hr layover and packed everything in our checked bags. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a night. The desk gave us some suggestions for delivery and we were very pleased with Sofia's Pizza. Our boys enjoyed have a traditional NY style pizza. There was water infused with oranges when we checked in available to us and in the morning they had coffee. We were very pleased with our stay.
