“Custom Engagement Ring Customer: Preface: I was personally very stressed out about the whole "engagement ring" process and was recommended to Mamari Jewelers by a friend. Also, I don't remember if I ever wrote a review about a service/product in my life but felt obligated to write this one based on my experience. First off, the store itself is gorgeous, but what stood-out to me was the customer service. They were unbelievable. Rami, in particular, was attentive throughout the iterative process. He struck the perfect balance of keeping me on track without being pushy in any way. He was also extremely helpful in brainstorming the custom design that I wanted for the ring and showed me a digital "mock-up" before we finalized the design. After we finalized the design, it took a little over two weeks for me to obtain the ring, and it came out better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Mamari Jewelers and will be going back there for the rest of my jewelry needs.”
