I absolutely love working for J&D ultracare! I am presently doing 2 pediatric cases for them. The agency gave me excellent training. It had been quite a while since I worked a pediatric case, so the training boosted my confidence. Working one on one with medically fragile children and seeing how they benefit from such detailed, tailor made care is extremely fulfilling. Working with a company that values such care is amazing! I highly recommend J&D!

I have worked for this agency for almost a year now, and have no intention of leaving! I have never worked for a company that is so invested in their employees. The office and support staff as well as supervisors have always been there any time I have had questions or concerns. Offering training and refresher courses is also very appreciated. Not to mention all the staff are incredibly invested in our medically fragile young patients. They genuinely love the children enrolled with us. J&D also provide a tablet or app to do all charting on, which makes things super easy, especially if you have a case where you are traveling to both the home and school. Also competitive rates for both RN and LPNs ensure longevity of staff. I would absolutely recommend working for this agency! It has been a great experience so far :)

Best Agency! Been with this company almost 1 year and they are stuck with me! Even when i finish school for my RN i will continue to work with them.
