They are absolutely amazing individuals who have changed my outlook on working out and getting fit. I struggled my whole life with thinking skinny was beautiful and that I was less than because I was overweight. Now I know that’s not true. I’m stronger than I ever was before and all of my limitations due to my weak neck and back are gone. I am forever grateful for their commitment to me, their way of making me feel on top of the world when I walk in the gym and most of all for making feel beautiful and confident in myself. “Joined recently and I’m happy I did! It is expensive but you absolutely get your money’s worth. You have pool, tons of free classes, yoga (which the classes are better than those than yoga studios I’ve been to). The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facilities are kept clean.”
