Matt delivered well beyond our hopes. Whereas our insurance had proposed a value ~10K under our original BOS based on an assumed depreciation (standard rubbish tactic by insurance), Matt negotiated on our behalf to reflect current market conditions, which actually demonstrated an *appreciation* of the vehicle value. This is seriously unheard of and had us totally stoked to receive an updated ACV several thousand above our original purchase price.
