Starting with making a telephoned swift and easy 8:30am appointment date, I arrived to be efficiently and pleasantly registered and shown to a clean and well-stocked waiting room. A short while after read the available daily paper while enjoying my mocha coffee and bagel I was notified my car was ready. Hopefully, during the duration of my 3-year lease I won't need any repair, etc. done, but if so, I believe I will trust that the work to be done will be exemplary.”
