“Easily one of my favorite pizza spots. In general the NY style pizza has a tender crust that is not too crunchy nor doughy, and has a good deal of cheese and sweet, fragrant tomato sauce. They do a good job reheating their slices which is to their benefit because the slices come out HOT and taste so good. The cheese stretches and oozes but isn't overflowing with cheese and the sauce is flavorful In it's own right. The square pies (grandma and grandpa) were also solid, with an airy thick crust though I had these after reheating at home so the flavor was altered. Can't comment confidently on those but even after waiting a while I enjoyed it! The basil was fragrant even after waiting all that time to eat it at home”

Both are well made with egg and cheese on a Costanza roll. Also had dinner one night and ordered their supreme pizza (large, $16.99). It was loaded with toppings and delicious. They had other food options that I was interested in as well for food and would definitely return to try more of their dessert and salad options. This is also a little market store, so you can do a little convenience shopping while you wait on food. Prices were more than reasonable as well.”

“I've personally never had an issue at Empire Szechuan, I personally think that the food is better than any of the other places I've really ordered from (ex: Chopsticks). One noticeable difference is when I order sesame chicken from Chopsticks they usually have rubbery chicken but when I ordered from Empire Szechuan they had some of the most tender chicken I've ever had from takeout at pretty much the same price, I definitely recommend. A lot of people complain about the prices but honestly it's pretty much the same as most other Chinese takeout places, we're living in New York, everything is overpriced.”
