“The Alexander is great place to live and I’m hoping to continue living here for as long as possible. There are some disappointments though. When I lived here between 2016 and 2017 there was no charge for parking. Now there is a $65 parking fee but nothing has changed in the parking lot. There is no added security or assigned parking. I moved back here in 2021 and I just started my 3rd lease in a row. With the new lease they included managed wifi. After days of troubleshooting, I arranged for Spectrum to come out and figure out why the wifi had connectivity issues. The device was installed months ago and had to be reconfigured before I could connect anything to it. I was connected to the neighbors’ wifi. The Alexander is charging $80 per month included in the lease for wifi vs the $50 I was paying before. But not only they didn’t inform me that I would not be able to connect anything to the wifi until Spectrum reconfigured the new device but they also ignored my work order to send help and the 2 emails I sent asking for help. And lastly, months ago I informed them a few times about an issue with one of the glass entrance doors but it’s still not fixed.”
